WHAT IS 3G?

3G (3rd generation) is the 3rd generation communication technology that offers users more bandwidth, faster connection and data transportation than the GSM mobile communication standard with new communication standards developed. The main feature that distinguishes this technology from 2G is that transmission is data-oriented rather than voice-oriented. With 3G, data download speed can theoretically reach up to 42 Mbps.
