WHAT IS UBNT?

UBNT is a US brand that produces wireless networking devices. UBNT, also called Ubiquiti Networks, was founded in Silicon Valley in 2011. The founder of the UBNT Brand is Robert J. Pera. Pera is an electrical engineer who grew up in Silicon Valley and specialized in digital communications and circuit design. Pera, who started his first work experience with Apple Inc., worked under the FCC to facilitate access in areas without telephone and Wi-Fi access, to strengthen and increase the communication network of devices. His experience with Steve Jobs opened a new horizon for Pera and he decided to develop low-cost, high-performance WiFi modules. The foundations of UBNT were laid in 2005 with this idea.
