RAILWAY DISPATCHER SOLUTIONS

AVD Technology has supplied dispatchers for TCDD use on many lines.

Dispatcher system is the general name for the system used by road control officers to give way or stop trains. The dispatcher has a function similar to that of air control officers on railways.

It is a legal responsibility to record all conversations in the dispatcher system.

As a dispatcher system, we generally use X1 series telephone exchanges manufactured by Telesis. Thanks to the flexible solutions offered by Telesis X1 system with IP and TDM technologies, all components of the dispatcher system are met.

The basic components of the dispatcher system are

Console: A special set designed for the use of the dispatcher operator, with features such as subscribers’ busyness, conference key, multi-line identification. We use SIP based solutions as a console. This way we guarantee the sustainability of the system.

Telephone system : The main unit that performs all the switching and is capable of switching SIP and TDM interfaces together. Telesis X1 is a unique solution for this product with its standardized structure.

Remote subscribers: The subscribers of the dispatcher system are usually scattered at a distance of 300-400 km. Primary multiplexers are usually used for these subscribers to operate at different stations. AVD Technology offers different solutions in this regard.
