TTNET, a Türk Telekom company, provides broadband internet services across Turkey. In an environment where it is not possible to attract customers through price competition due to the regulations of the Telecommunications Authority, TTNET wants to maintain and strengthen its market leadership by offering value added services to its customers. TTNET WiFI enables home or workplace broadband subscribers to access the internet outdoors using their own subscription. In the event that users who access the internet commit a crime over the internet, the operator is obliged to report the person logging in with the specified ID. If they fail to do so, the responsibility remains with the operator and they face legal problems or penalties. TTNET WiFI saves businesses from such a responsibility. All necessary records are kept by TTNET and it shares the information with the authorities as the first-degree interlocutor.
